Chinese Course Level & Description

Be introduced to the basic strokes of Chinese characters, the four tones, sound discrimination, and pinyin (Chinese romanised spelling). Pinyin is used throughout the course while learners are still learning basic Chinese characters. This course enables learners to develop a solid foundation in basic Chinese characters, mastering more than one hundred Chinese characters by the end of the course. Learners will learn how to use computer software to input pinyin to write Chinese characters.
